Request deletion by email / 通过邮件申请

1. Email easycs@vip.qq.com with the subject “EasyEdit account deletion / Easy写作账号注销”。
2. Include your EasyEdit account ID or username, the email address linked to the account, and whether you want to delete the entire account or specific cloud data. Send from the linked email if possible. We will verify ownership before acting.
3. If you cannot use the linked email or signed in through QQ/Apple, explain that in your request. Support will provide an appropriate ownership verification method. Never send your password, login code, full payment credentials or manuscript just to prove identity.

邮件标题请写“Easy写作账号注销”，注明账号 ID/用户名、绑定邮箱及删除范围，尽量使用绑定邮箱发送。无法使用原邮箱、使用第三方登录或无法访问账号的，请说明情况，我们会提供身份核验方式。请勿发送密码、验证码、完整支付凭据或作品正文。

We respond within 15 working days, subject to any shorter period required by applicable law. The response explains verification, progress, completion and any information that must be retained. You may contact us again if your request is unresolved.

我们将在 15 个工作日内答复，并在适用法律要求的期限内处理。答复会说明身份核验、处理进度、完成情况及必须保留的信息；未解决的请求可继续通过本页联系方式跟进。

Delete within the app / 应用内注销

Open My → Account & security → Delete account and data, then follow the confirmation steps. Export any local or cloud writing you wish to keep before deleting.

进入“我的—账户与安全—注销账户”，完成确认。请先导出需要保留的作品；注销后的账号和云端内容无法恢复。

What is deleted / 删除范围

Deletion covers the account profile and sign-in links, cloud books, chapters, volumes, notes, quick notes, chapter backups, cloud settings, writing statistics, feedback and uploaded resources. Associated AI input/output logs and Agent conversations, tasks and manuscript snapshots are also included. Running AI work is stopped before its remaining data is purged. Account-owned community preferences and block lists are removed.

删除账号资料和第三方绑定、云端作品/章节/分卷/笔记/速记、章节备份、云设置、写作统计、反馈及上传资源，并清理关联 AI 输入输出日志、Agent 对话、任务和正文快照。正在运行的 AI 任务会先停止再清理。账号的社区设置和屏蔽关系一并删除。

Limited retention / 必要保留

Transaction records required for accounting, refunds or disputes are de-identified. Minimal purchase replay-prevention and deletion markers, and evidence necessary for security or abuse investigations, may be retained for those purposes under applicable legal and payment-channel requirements. They are not used to restore a deleted account or for marketing. We explain any retention relevant to your request and its basis in our response.

依法用于财务、退款或争议处理的订单记录会去标识化；防止购买凭据重放、重复创建账号及必要的安全投诉调查，可能保留最少的交易/删除标记及证据，仅用于相应用途，并遵守适用法律和交易渠道的保存要求。不会据此恢复已注销账号或用于营销，答复中会说明与你请求有关的保留范围、依据和期限。

Purchases and your own copies / 购买与个人副本

Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund or delete files that you exported, kept on another device or stored with your chosen WebDAV provider. Membership purchases currently do not renew automatically. Google Play purchase support and refund requests can be made through Google Play or our support email. If a future product renews automatically, cancel it with the relevant store before deletion; support can help you find the correct process.

注销不会自动退款，也不会删除你自行导出、保存在其他设备或自选 WebDAV 的副本。当前会员为一次性购买，不自动续费。Google Play 订单可通过 Google Play 或本页客服邮箱咨询和申请退款；若未来购买自动续订商品，应先在对应商店取消续订，可联系客服获取指引。
